Betsy is a joyful, sweet 2.5-year-old 25-pound dog who loves toys, especially balls, and has plenty of energy. She was well-loved in a foster home while recovering from corrective surgery for a spine condition that even then didn't slow her down. She plays well with people and dogs that respect her confidence, and enjoys little walks where she has a jaunty stride that's adorable.
