Meet Cuddles

This beautiful lady is Cuddles! Cuddles has spent a few days in foster and is back at the shelter ready to be adopted!
Cuddles can be a little worried in new situations, but settled right in with her patient foster family – she now can`t wait to greet them first thing in the morning! She`s also a pro at crate training, and sees the crate as her safe space when she does feel a little overwhelmed.
Cuddles is an expert sunbather – she loves spending her time out in the yard or on the deck, soaking up the rays! When she`s ready for a bit of exercise and exploration, leash walks are her jam – as long as there aren`t too many bunnies or birds in her way (`get outta here!` says Cuddles). Back at the shelter, she`s met a few dogs and we think she`d be content with a well-matched canine sibling, but would be just as happy being your one and only.
If you have an empty lounge chair on your deck waiting to be filled, Cuddles may be the gal for you!
Stop by Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Cuddles. We have open adoption hours Mon- Wed 11:30am-5pm, Thu-Sun 11:30am-6pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
