This assertive chihuahua mix was transferred into our care from Fresno Animal Center. Despite the long drive, Chip is a very friendly and confident boy ready to strut his way into your heart. At 1-year-old, Chip has a lot of verve and passion for life that he shows through playtime and cuddles. He is a big fan of leaning on you to tell you he wants pets and munching on delicious treats. In the small time he’s been here, he’s winning volunteer and staff hearts — we’re hoping he’ll win yours too.
