Meet King
King is a sweet, sensitive guy who has a great history of living with dogs, cats and kids. The thing is, he can be a little worried meeting new people or going to new places. King is hoping his new adopters will keep his bubble small and safe at first. King really wants to be brave, it is just hard. Once King gets to know you, he is loving and playful. In fact, one of Kings favorite things to do is to cuddle with his people. And when you are best friends, there is no such thing as personal space. King also enjoys taking walks with other dogs. With a little time and patience, King can become the most wonderful family pet. He is just waiting for that chance.
If you think King could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Nevins Farm Adoption Center in Methuen. We have open adoption hours Tuesday – Sunday from 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm with no appointment or application needed.
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
