Casper is a 7-month-old snow-white pup with a lot to learn! He doesn't quite understand why he is at a shelter, and doesn't know what to think about all these strange new people and dogs! He may take a moment to warm up to people, but once you've earned his trust, you've made a loyal friend for life in this velro-dog! He's a bit more hesitant with other dogs, and politely chooses to keep a comfortable distance from them.
While Casper is still learning that the world isn't so scary, he is taking his time to grow in confidence and shows affection at his own pace. Casper appreciates a soft voice and gentle touch- someone who understands that not all pups are bold from the start.
