Stevie is a lovable girl with a soft spot for people. Her absolute favoritetoys are the kind that dispense treatswatching her puzzle them out is somuch fun. She also enjoys leisurely walks, taking her time to sniff andexplore every corner of her surroundings.
Stevie would thrive with an adopter who will take the time to understandher signals and give her space to settle in at her own pace. With athoughtful introduction, she could be a companion for a well-matched dog.She can be a little shy when meeting new canine friends but warms up withpatience. Stevie may also do well with a cat, provided introductions areslow and positive. She could live with children who are ready to be part ofher training journey.

Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
