Love always comes back around with ECHO by your side!

Meet Echo - a 12 week old, Black Lab mix, who weighs 30 pounds (as of 8/18/25). This sweet girl is from Tennessee and is looking for her forever family.

UPDATE: Echo is doing great with other dogs and is living with a cat. She loves kids and is currently living with ages six and eight. She has been doing great with her house breaking but will need someone to continue working with her, keeping her on a routine. She loves going for a walks and is doing good on her leash,

Her foster shares: "Echo is a super sweet puppy who is ready to live out her wildest dreams in the most perfect home! He enjoys playing with other pups and romping around outside. She's a very active girl who is very friendly and loving. She is well socialized and makes friends everywhere she goes. She would love to join an active family who will bring her on adventures! She will need a family that is committed to her training, and she will be sure to return the favor in snuggles and puppy kisses."

Medical Disclaimer: Echo had a bit of demodex when she entered our care, but after treatment, her fur looks much better and continues to improve.

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works.

Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
