Meet Liberty
Meet Liberty, a spunky sweetheart who loves to play with humans and dogs alike. She’s still working on her manners with both, and luckily, this smart cookie loves to learn! Training is a great outlet for her high energy – she’s a bouncy girl, and will need plenty of physical and mental exercise. She’ll happily settle with a long-lasting chew after a walk or training session, and can self-entertain once her needs have been met. Liberty also LOVES other dogs, so much so that she can be a little pushy during play. She could live with a canine sibling who tolerates her puppy antics, and would appreciate some playmates outside the home. If you’re ready to brush up on your training skills and welcome a wiggly adventure buddy into your home, come to Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Liberty! We’re open every day, 11:30-5:00 – no appointment needed!
Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they are interested in and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat areas will remain open to walk through.
Stop by Northeast Animal Shelter to meet Liberty. We have open adoption hours 7 days a week from 11:30am-5pm - no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available pets.
