This sweet and shy little pup was just transferred to us from Fresno Animal Center and is still learning how to trust his new surroundings and build his confidence in this busy, unfamiliar world. While Arthur may be timid, once he gets to know you, he will blossom into an affectionate and sweet companion. This boy enjoys gentle pets and loves making new doggie friends!
