My adoption fee has been waived! Hi, I'm Penelope. I have been on quite an adventure since arriving at HSSV and I am so ready to find a patient, adult only home where I can decompress and flourish. I take my time warming up to new people but once you're in my "circle" I will put all my trust in you. Once I'm comfortable I enjoy running around and playing with toys, I "talk" when I'm happy and in general I am very silly and goofy gal. I LOVE dogs and being around other friendly pups helps me with my confidence, therefore I am looking for a home with at least one resident dog (small to medium breed) who can become my best buddy and show me the ropes on how to be a dog.
