Meet Blu
Blu is a sweet, energetic girl who came to the shelter with her brother,Jojo. She has a good history with children and was described by herprevious family as sweet and cuddly. Blu is house trained and enjoyshuman companionshipher former owner even sang to her to help her settle.
Blu is looking for an adopter who will take the time to learn her cues andcontinue her training using positive reinforcement. Shes working on herloose-leash walking and polite manners and would prefer to avoid busy dogparks. Blu could live with another dog given a thoughtful introductionshehas done well on outings with Jojo and could be adopted with him for thoseinterested in two dogs. She may also be able to live with a cat after acareful introduction. Blu could live with children who can participate inher training and practice petting consent, with support and guidance fromadults.
