Meet everyone’s favorite pal, it’s Buddy! Buddy is a 1-year-old and one-eyed Shih Tzu mix transferred to us from Kings County. Buddy’s still learning about walking on a leash and the sounds of a city but is an absolute lovebug of a dog, ready to play all day!
