Meet Sam
Sam is a 7-year-old sweetheart who is looking for a new home. We don’t know much about his past, but what we do know is that he’s a thoughtful, sensitive guy who appreciates a calm approach and a little extra patience.
Sam can be worried when meeting someone new, so he’ll do best with adopters who understand the value of taking things slow and letting him settle in at his own pace. Once he’s comfortable, he enjoys spending time in the yard, leisurely sniffing around and taking in all the interesting scents the world has to offer.
He has no known history with cats or children, so any introductions would need to be careful and respectful of his comfort level. Sam could be a great match for a home with a mellow, easygoing dog who won’t overwhelm him too much.
