Rowan’s a star! This truly adorable 4-month-old Rottweiler mix is on the hunt for her place in this world, somewhere she can eat, play, and observe to her heart’s content. Rowan came to us from Tulare County Animal Services and has been nothing but confident since arrival. One of her favorite pastimes is sitting in her room and watching people as they pass.
Rowan is a playful and wiggly little puppy who wants a new home where she can continue to learn and have fun. She loves to carry a toy around in her mouth as she walks, chase after anything that squeaks/bounces/rolls, and learn new skills. She’s already picked up sits and downs!
