Say hello Dulce, who’s sweeter than dulce de leche ice cream! Dulce is a 4-month-old Chihuahua mix who came in to us from Fresno Humane Animal Services. She’s a sweetie who’s obsessed with toys and is endlessly friendly, soliciting many belly rubs. She’s still learning the ropes of polite interaction, but with the help of her human and doggy friends, she’s making great strides!
