Hello there folks, I'm Harley! I am a two year old, spayed female, Border Collie/Shepherd mix who weighs around 50 pounds. I'm a super sweet young lady who loves to run and play. I am great at exploring and chasing toys! When I'm not busy playing, you can find me cuddled up next to my favorite people. I am a total people “person” and love everyone I meet but I can be a bit shy in the beginning. I’m the same way when I meet dogs. I like to take my time making sure we’re friends before I show you my silly side. I think I would make the perfect family pet. I’ve been around kids and I love them, but as a young excitable dog I can be a overwhelming sometimes. I would love to meet everyone in the household so please come in with your family and if you have a resident dog, bring them too! I know we’ll be a match made in heaven! I can be vocal at times, when I want to let you know I need something- be it love, a walk or some treats. You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor. Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
