So very pleased to meet you, my name is Bleu! I'm a 6 year old, 44lbs., neutered male, Shiba Inu who happens to be a perfect example of Shiba Inuness! I'm a charming, independent fellow that walks to the beat of his own drum. As a 6 year old dog, you get the best of both worlds; I love long walks, running in the yard and chasing toys, but I also like to relax at home in a cozy corner. My perfect furever home would be someone familiar with Spitz type breeds. They should understand that we are doggies that take time to warm up and once we do, we value our space and independence. I would do best in a home with no other pets where I am the spoiled only child. I'm a great walker and would love to go on new adventures with you so please stop on by and say hi!

You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
