This tiny but mighty dog, Torta, is full of flavor! Meet Torta, an adorable 7-month-old Chihuahua mix. Torta came to us from Tulare County Animal Services and although she is still a little shy, she is still super sweet and well behaved. All she needs is a little time and TLC to gain her confidence.
This Chihuahua is not quite ready for the streets of Beverly hills as Torta is still working her way up to feeling ready for outside walks. Despite that, this sweet girl has loved strutting around indoors and greeting everyone she meets. What Torta will need from you is a little time and patience but most importantly, a whole lotta love.
