Say hello to Phil, a new pal who came our way from Fresno Animal Center. Phil is about 1 year old and is a Carolina Dog mix. Phil can be nervous, but at times can feel brave and become a determined explorer. He’s still getting the hang of leash walking, but he is certainly going to traverse the world by your side.
