Hello friends, my name is Roman! I'm a 2 year old, 48 lbs., neutered male Pitbull mix who loves to meet everyone. I'm a sweet and cuddly boy that is a total social butterfly, I love to go out and about meeting new human and doggy friends. I'm a rambunctious boy that enjoys going hiking and of course rolling around in the grass as well. I love playing in the yard and finding a nice sunny patch to take a snooze but I'm a bit of an escape artist so it's best if you keep an eye on me. I'm a silly, sassy boy that can't wait to go home with my new family, is it you?

Since I’m not at the adoption center, you can make arrangements to meet me by following these instructions:
Please submit your fully completed Adoption Profile Form to behavior@phs-spca.org and a staff member will call you to conduct a phone interview before making an appointment to meet me in person. You must be 18 or older to submit a profile. When you email your adoption profile, please include a few sentences about why you're interested in adopting me specifically and why you think I'd be a good fit for your family! Please also tell us a little bit about your dog experience, if any. We look forward to hearing from you!

You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor. Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
