Meet Octavio! A handsome little guy with a heart of gold. While he may be hesitant with new people, it doesn't take much to win him over. Once he's comfortable, his true spunky personality comes out! He went on a day trip with a foster, who had some fantastic insight into his personality! He had a great time with their small child, enjoyed a short car ride to the park, and loved to snuggle.
